"The course is a really good opportunity to reflect on leadership in multiple ways. I have never really thought about how I lead beyond the mechanics of getting the job done. I have had leadership coaching in the past but it was 1:1 and was more focused on building a team culture when I had inherited a group of individuals. This course managed to cover so much about leadership and despite being a group based course I felt like there were so many individual lessons and takeaways.  "I thought it was easier said than done but Jo helped me to clarify my goals, identify the obstacles holding me back and then we came up with strategies for overcoming them.
