Investment in the Core Offer
Shaping Culture with Confidence
For up to 12 middle leaders the total cost of the programme is from £412 (+VAT) per person depending on group size
1:1 Coaching
£897 (+VAT) includes DISC profile, DISC review meeting and six further 1hr coaching sessions. Contact between sessions is optional and a recorded summary is provided for each session
Team Development Day
Team Development Days vary in cost depending on the needs of the client; for example, if a 1:1 DISC review is wanted for each participant, or if the day will require additional follow up. Please contact me to talk through with me how I can support you.
General consultancy work in schools
Daily Fees
£650+VAT is my daily consultancy rate for school improvement support, training and other services such as Well Being reviews.
